  • Biography/ Background

    Lynette is an Associate Professor in the Adelaide Nursing School. Prior to this appointment Lynette worked for four years as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Flinders University School of Nursing and Midwifery, researching in the area of population health including mass-gatherings and disaster response.

    Lynette previously worked in a range of community health settings, including home nursing, community health centres and in an executive role with the Drug and Alcohol Services SA.

    Lynette has extensive experience in working in collaboration with a range of health and welfare professionals to undertake program development and evaluation. As part of a University of Adelaide School of Nursing and the Lyell McEwin Hospital Northern Adelaide Local Health Network collaboration Lynette contributes to research/evaluation actvities that benefits both the clincal and academic capacity and capability of nurses and midwives.

    Lynette also has many years of experience in nursing and midwifery regulation.

Collaboration between Flinders University, Deakin University-Northern Health Clinical Partnership (VIC), Princess Alexandra Hospital-Griffith University Clinical Partnership (QLD), Calvary Health Care (ACT) and Royal Adelaide Hospital (SA). Completed June 2011.
